What are Some Things You do to Remain Staying Well?

staying well

In today’s fast paced hectic world, we each need methods and processes to stay well…….

If you don’t already have a system in place for staying well then it’s not too late to create one. It has been proven that stress is the cause of many diseases and untimely deaths in society. The prevalence of coronary diseases, mental health disease, autoimmune diseases and an increasing number and types of cancers, it is more apparent that we as humans need to create systems to make easier to cultivate and foster our wellness.

This week I’m teaching a course called coaching Wellness Improvement Systems. This means a process or procedure for improving or maintaining our wellness.

In this course, we look at the role of the coach in supporting clients to develop and manage their wellness system with procedures or methods that are simple to implement. The coach’s role is one of thinking partnership and support to help clients create their own unique wellness system.

If you’ve ever done something because it works for others and found it didn’t work for you, then you can understand the benefits of creating a wellness process that makes sense for your unique circumstances. No matter what your friends do or say, you have to live the life that truly reflects your own values.

In this course, we will be examining the coach’s role, the theory and concept of a wellness system and how this aligns to the clients’ beliefs and values. We will explore our own habits around wellness and how we can improve our own wellness systems to impact our wellness in a positive way.

Question: What system or process do you use to remain staying well?
