Do You Show Professional Courage

Do You Show Professional Courage

professional courageDo you feel desire to do something in your profession but is held back by fear? If so, you need to pull on your professional courage.

After 20 years of pushing the envelope and doing things outside the box in my career and profession, I feel qualified to speak about professional courage.

I work with mid-career professionals and executives, my favorite demographic to work with, however, many of them waiver or give in to fear and uncertainties about taking charge of their careers or doing things outside the ordinary in their professions. Therefore, I’m starting the conversation on professional courage this week, join me as we examine professional courage and how we can begin tapping into our professional courage.

I want to invite you to join me for an online seminar conversation in webinar format on professional courage.

Courage is defined as the ability to do something that frightens one, or the mind or spirt that enables a person to face difficulties, or face their greatest fears. To move forward on your conviction and beliefs despite the consequences.

I believe that most of us would be working in the careers we love and be more professionally fulfilled if we showed professional courage. We would live in a more innovative world if more of us practiced professional courage.

Join me tomorrow on Tuesday, January 31st at 12 noon CST to explore professional courage.
