Fundamentals of Wellness Competency Coaching is the prerequisite course for taking any of our stand-alone coaching courses. This course will give you an in-depth orientation to the coaching process and a deep understanding of coaching and how it differs from other psychosocial processes. This course offers 4 ICF ACSTH credits and 4 SHRM credits.
