Let’s Celebrate the Benefits of Working with a Coach on International Coaching Day

International Coaching Week is from May 4–10, 2020 and International Coaching Day is May 6, 2020.  This is a time to celebrate the benefits of professional coaching.  ICF Members from around the world are celebrating coaching’s power to positively impact individuals, organizations, communities and the world this week!

What is Professional Coaching?

Coaching is defined as a partnership with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

What are the Benefits of Coaching for Individuals and Organizations?

Coaching is a life-changing experience that dramatically improves your work and life while improving your leadership skills.

Individuals who partner with coaches have reported several benefits, including:

2017 ICF Global Consumer Awareness Study

Professional coaches can also help individuals by using tools and techniques that are scientifically proven to reduce stress.  You can process what is going on and build resilience.

Professional coaches can help organizations by working with managers and leaders.  The benefits will ripple down to all levels in your organization.  Through this work, organizations will retain their talent as business activities are returning back to normal.  We can also help to integrate change that may be coming as a result of learnings from the recent pandemic.

Is Coaching Right For You?

As ICF coaches, we are leading the future and pursuing a powerful vision: ensuring that coaching is an integral part of a thriving society and every ICF Member represents the highest quality of professional coaching.

With what’s happening to organizations and people during this unprecedented crisis, in the days, weeks and months ahead we will need coaches and coaching more than ever!

As coaches we want to serve and help people to understand and see the value coaching can bring, so we are inviting anyone in the community who thinks they could benefit from a free Introduction to Coaching session to contact us.  We have made a pledge to donate a one-hour coaching session to you!

Be Well,

Laura
