WIS® METHOD COACH TRAINING– 126 CREDIT HOURS (ICF PCC PATH)

  • Module I: Foundations of Wellness Competency Mindset Coaching
  • Module II: Coaching Awareness Structure, Insight, Goals, Values
  • Module III: Coaching Conversations, Communication, and Relationship
  • Module IV: Coaching Compassion, Accountability, Tools, Listening
  • Module V: Core Coaching Skills and Resilience and Well-being in Coaching
  • Module VI: Wellness Business Building Modules and Mastermind

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10 Mentor Coaching Hours
  • 36 Peer coaching practicum
  • 1 take-home exam

RELATIONAL WELL-BEING LEADER COACHING (36 ICF CREDITS)

This leadership coaching program offers 36 ICF credit hours. It is a separate standalone program from the WCMC certification. It is typically offered as an in-house program for a group of leaders.

 

A leadership, relationship-building employee development, and resilience coaching program for leaders that teach them how to coach and promote psychological safety and well-being at work in a time when the rate of emotional and mental disorders are prevalent. Here are the Leadership coaching courses:

 

The relational leadership Coaching Certification offers three levels of leadership training that offers a maximum advantage for leaders depending on their level of leadership.

 

Each module consists of 4-course units, coaching practice, mastermind, face-to-face instructor time, discussion groups, and reflections.

THE WELLNESS IMPROVEMENT SYSTEM MASTER TRAINING PROGRAM OFFERS 26 CCE CREDITS.

This program provides an in-depth understanding and focuses on the Wellness Improvement System theory and practice, and hands-on practice to facilitate the wellness assessments, host wellness conversations, and develop integrated workplace wellness programs.

 

The Wellness Facilitator Training Program is a separate Certificate program is distinct and separate from our Wellness Coach Training Certificate program

 

The Wellness Facilitator Training program is designed to prepare professionals to offer wellness assessments to clients to provide the following services:

  • Providing wellness assessments for clients
  • Providing wellness conversations with groups
  • Co-creating wellness plans with clients
  • Design workplace wellness programs

THE COLLABORATION MANAGEMENT COACHING CERTIFICATES

 

The collaborative management blueprint program offers a roadmap to foster collaboration in teams. The 4-unit model offers a coaching collaboration strategy for new and seasoned supervisors and managers.

 

Unit 1 – Collaborative Management Coaching (CM) Principles

This unit sets the foundation for this course by defining and exploring six essential collaborative management principles and their diverse applications.

Unit 2 – Fostering Collaborative Coach Relationships

This unit explores the importance of relationships in attaining and maintaining successful collaborative management. It explores essential elements of relationship-building strategies.

Unit 3 – Harnessing Collaborative Coaching Potentials

This unit explores strategies to improve communication to build collaborative potential among groups and teams.

Unit 4 – Collaborative Management Coaching in Action

This unit provides an action plan or roadmap for collaborative management implementation into your group or team.

THE DIVERSITY INCLUSION, COACHING AND INTERPERSONAL WELL-BEING CERTIFICATE

As the world and workplaces become more diverse, it is important to explore and investigate how coaching impacts diversity relations. This continuing education program will explore how coaching can promote diversity and how the coach can become aware of ways to enhance diverse perspectives in coaching.
